Long-Span shelving uses the same design concept as traditional Pallet Racking using a smaller 60mm x 50mm frame profile.
With a very high quality Dark Grey ( Frame ) and Dark Grey ( Beam ) powder coated finish this type of shelving is very versatile and has many uses including:

Bolted frames and step beams are combined to create a fully adjustable shelving system that can easily be broken down into component form and relocated.

Long-span Frames
Our HD Long Span Frames are sold in 4 x height sizes 2000mm, 2400mm, 3000mm & 4000mm. The most common depth is 600mm, 460mm, 900mm & 1200mm deep frames are available.
The upright profile 0f 60mm x 50mm x 1.5mm is of industrial specification and LS frames have a bay load of up to 3000kg.

Dickman supplies 6 x beam lengths: 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2100mm & 2400mm.
Long-span beams are “stepped” to allow for any of the shelf options to sit flush with no screws or clips required, a beam profile 0f 60mm x 40mm ensures each shelf level has an industrial capacity of over 500 kg UDL.

- Timber Particle Board –
Pros: Most cost effective shelf option.
Cons: Stains easily & can become dusty. - White Melamine Board –
Pros: Easy to clean dust, very presentable.
Cons: Less cost effective than standard timber. - Steel Wire Mesh Deck –
Pros: Strong & long lasting, water & liquid friendly.
Cons: Boxes don’t slide well on wire mesh, increased cost.
